A TYPICAL DAY IN DEVELOPMENT
We start each day with a good coffee and a briefing—either in the office or remotely—focused on the current status of our projects. After that, everyone turns to their own tasks: some work on-site, while others head out for site visits and meetings with stakeholders, who include both individual clients and large businesses as well as administrative bodies. No two days are alike here, which is why engagement, independence, strong organization, and effectiveness are so important.

The field is constantly evolving – we have the chance to take part in increasingly advanced projects, which means we’re always curious and eager to learn more. That’s where we oversee our projects, both those under construction and those already in operation, to ensure they serve communities in the best and most sustainable way. A good project manager needs to have full control over their project, so every day we gather and analyze data to make the best decisions. We work closely with other departments, external partners, international VSB teams, and experts from TotalEnergies. We value people who can assess situations independently and propose solutions, but who also understand the importance of teamwork – because only together can we respond effectively and tackle any challenge.
WHAT'S IT LIKE WORKING WITH US?
We collaborate with everyone and support all departments within the company. Most of the processes in our organization rely on our work—we take care of resources, prepare and process data, and review decisions and documents. We manage cash flows, so every zloty (or Euro) spent or earned passes through our hands, and it all needs to add up perfectly. We're not afraid of new challenges or a fast-paced environment, but we place strong emphasis on work-life balance, comfortable working conditions, and a positive atmosphere.

Some of us jump straight into current matters, requiring quick communication with other departments and external advisors. The rest of the team carefully processes accounting documents and enters them into the appropriate systems. It’s demanding but essential work—thanks to our efforts, we’re able to generate valuable reports that help our company make the right decisions.
