We are looking for an Administrator in E-Mobility (f/m/d)

Your duties

  • Support our e-mobility team in operational, functional, conceptual and organizational tasks, such as
    • Correspondence preparations and document filing
    • Organization of internal and external meetings
    • Monitoring and organizing training courses
    • Creation of overviews in MS Excel as well as meeting minutes
    • Maintaining contact with our customers
    • Administrative tasks as well as monitoring appointments and deadlines
    • Checking, recording and processing incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Responsible for organizing logistics and purchasing in the field of e-mobility
  • Maintenance of customer master data in our ERP system
  • Billing of monthly working hours and additional meal expenses
For this position we are planning a fixed-term employment with a term of 12 months.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical traning
  • Initial professional experience in a similar field of activity
  • Excellent MS Office skills and ideally some experience of working with ERP systems such as AP+ or SAP
  • Independent, precise and structured way of working
  • Very good teamwork, communication and organizational skills 
  • Fluent German skills required, good English skills preferred
